Hey everyone

The eagle eyed of you may have noticed a few changes around this site recently, and I thought I would take a moment to introduce them, as well as ask for some ideas.

The colours have changed. Thank you, Yaya. The website looks so much better than when I did it.
The Wiki. We now have a wiki tab at the top of the screen, Like all wikis, anyone can edit and update it. I hope this will be a good place to put all those little bits of knowledge that we pick up through the game - crafting and gathering macros, links to useful websites and guides. F’reya tried to get a guides forum up and running, but the wiki would be a better place for it. Free free to add and amend it, but also please have a look to see if the information you want to add already has a page for it.
Crafting commissions. We have lots of people in the FC leveling and gearing crafters and gatherers. We also have lots of people who want new things (glamours, gear, minions etc.) crafted. I’d like to get an area on the forum dedicated to this, it will help keep track of the materials that need to be supplied and you’ll be able to set up and request a craft.

Finally, I’d like to get some feedback, please. We have a small group of people who push into, and clear harder content in the game, which is great, but as we go through these patches towards the new expansion people will want to feel like they’ve completed their 3.x bucket list (cleared all the content they want, got as many Primal birds as possible etc.) Being able to do all of this would be much easier if we have a larger pool of people willing and able to clear this content - it reduces the onus on having the same three or four people to help with everything whether they need it or not, and it would be great to run more than one group clearing primals, or pushing into Savage.

My question is this - those of you who don’t currently run the latest content, is there anything that we can do to help you gain the motivation, skills, confidence and/or experience to take on current content?

I have some ideas, but I need to hear from you - it is pointless putting events in the calendar if you’re just not interested. If you’ve ever seen everyone partying up to go to Sophia Extreme in FC chat and thought it sounded fun, but not for you, please please let me know how we can help you start enjoying the content and getting your clears.

firstly the colours….. once i found my sunglasses the yellow really isnt that bad, it does make things stand out more. :-)
As to the "how can we help you get the current content done", how about training parties on some of the older primals/coils (and yes unsync ;-;)
I'm terrible at learning mechanics quickly or by watching a vid, i need to run it a few times to get the hang of it, so a learning/training party would help me out. i do try and watch a video if content i want to clear and try and use pf for this reason or sneakily join in df to at least try and see what im up against.
I dont know if anyone else would be interested in this tho, but i guess if you dont ask, you dont know. xkaix

Thank you very much for this, it gives lots that we can work with and I can think of three or four different things that we can do in response to this already. I'll leave this open for a week before we do anything and then collate responses and brain storm a little bit. If you speak to anyone you think might want to respond please point them in this direction.

With the final content of the game, i feel i lack confidence as a tank and a DPS to make it, sometimes the mechanics can get so complicated from learning soo many fights that i just plain forget or get completely lost. i have watch videos and how to vids on fights and i find its often seems like more than i can keep up with. I've tried and i feel a burden on the group and fc because i can't do much, which doesn't help my confidence and i start to feel like i can't ask. I've noticed its always the same group moving through content and i feel you guys most be already busy as it is. part the reason i take mini breaks is i find once i've done the story there isn't anything motivating me. I would love the primal birds and to of cleared lots of the final content. i've not even done most of the trials. My best geared job is my tank but i find without instruction on discord that i can't do endgame content very well.

To sum it up i like confidence as a tank to take on endgame content.
